How much does it cost to create a ticket? ⌄
Creating a ticket costs ₦500 from your wallet balance. This fee helps us maintain and improve the platform. You can top up your wallet anytime using Paystack.
Can I change my ticket price after creating it? ⌄
Currently, ticket prices cannot be edited after creation. However, you can create a new ticket with a different price and archive the old one. Contact support if you need assistance.
How do I track ticket scans? ⌄
Each ticket has a unique QR code. When someone scans the code using the scanner tool, it's logged in your dashboard. You can view all scans in your Creator Dashboard under each ticket.
What payment methods do you accept? ⌄
We accept all Paystack-supported payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money. Visit your wallet page to see all available options.
Can I delete a ticket? ⌄
You can archive tickets from your Creator Dashboard. Archived tickets won't appear in listings but their history remains for your records.
